Customer Service Executive profile for Premium Outbound process.

Location- Teleperformance Global Services

Godrej Waterside , Plot No.5, Block-DP, Sector 5, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700 091

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following

Criteria: -

• Good English Communication skill in English and Hindi/Bengali/Oriya/Assamese/Punjabi

- Strong thought process with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)

• Qualification : -

Candidates must be graduate

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support (with relevant documents, i.e. offer letter and experience letter)

The Interview process will consist of the following rounds:

1. HR Round

2. Assessment Round

3. Operation Round

The shifts offered are: - any 9 hours during 9 am to 9 pm - 1 rotational week off per week

Rotational shifts

No night Shift

NO NIGHT SHIFT

Salary Package: -

English + Hindi 19k CTC, 15K In hand

English + Bengali 19k CTC, 15K In hand

English + Oriya 21k CTC, 16.5K In hand

English + Punjabi –21k CTC, 16.5K In hand

English + Assamese– 21k CTC, 16.5K In hand
