Transformation Solution Lead

Position Overview:

As the Digital Transformation Lead & Process Excellence, you will be responsible for leading our digital transformation strategy, overseeing budgeting and planning processes, and driving process excellence across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvements, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage within the [BFSI/Banking/Finance] sector.
• Budgeting and Planning: Oversee the budgeting process for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals. Develop and manage detailed planning for project execution, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Process Excellence: Lead initiatives to identify, design, and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Utilize industry best practices and methodologies to ensure high standards of process excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital transformation and process excellence initiatives with overall business strategy.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts associated with digital transformation projects, including stakeholder communication, training, and support to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation and process excellence initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in digital transformation and process excellence. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to keep the organization at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital transformation, process excellence, or related roles within the [BFSI/Banking/Finance] sector. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation and process improvement projects.
• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
