Role Overview: As the Manager/Asst Manager of Automation and Digital Transformation, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes, automating reporting, and driving digital transformation across the organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and leading efforts to improve data visibility and decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of automated, data-driven solutions that boost performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Certifications in Power Platform, RPA, and Microsoft Azure cloud tools (preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in automation, digital transformation, and data management.
• Proven experience with low-code/no-code development tools, SQL-based data analysis, and data visualization solutions.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
• Hands-on experience in designing cloud-based ETL pipelines and utilizing cloud ETL tools.

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

• Lead automation initiatives using low-code/no-code tools such as Office Scripts and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps), creating efficient business solutions with minimal coding required.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting, including advanced querying, ETL processes, and database optimization to support decision-making and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines on Microsoft Azure, utilizing cloud-native tools such as Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or Azure Synapse Analytics to ensure seamless data integration and processing.
• Deliver insightful data visualizations using industry-standard tools (such as Power BI, Tableau), creating dynamic dashboards that provide actionable insights and drive business performance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for automation, implement solutions to reduce manual effort, and improve overall process efficiency.
• Design and implement cloud-based automation solutions, leveraging cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to teams, managing project deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful execution of high-impact automation and digital transformation projects.
