Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

1. Assist advertisers through chats and emails &ensure quality customer service/support
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tags, URLs, clicks, impressions, accounts, campaigns, biddings etc.,
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct resolutions. Should have client facing experience with customer centricity
4. Working on KPIs such as Quality, TRT, C-Sat and Customer Sentiment Score

Must Have Skills:

1. Proficiency in written and verbal English. Experience/Knowledge in Digital marketing with Google ads, SEO, SEM, GTM etc.
2. Skilled in Campaign Management, Optimization, Media Strategy, Upselling and Marketing Analytics will be an added advantage along with
3. Troubleshooting in software and hardware issues. Familiarity with remote support tools
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
