MIS Executive

Responsibility:

• Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all batches without delays from MIS standpoint.
  • Responsible for collating data from candidates and entering it into the system for ID creation as part of the onboarding process.
  • Responsible for verifying candidates documents by comparing them to original documents and validating them before ID creation.
  • Responsible to ensure that only candidates from approved and recognized universities and education boards are considered for onboarding.
  • Responsible for collating and updating correct assessment scores in the handover file as per MSR.
  • Responsible for checking the Full & Final status and raising Re-Hire status for candidates who have previously worked with TP.
• Responsible for checking the transport and non-transport zone of candidates during onboarding and inform management in case candidate’s address falls under non-transport zone.
• Responsible for checking ITR emails from BHR and correctly closing Internal Transfer Requests.
  • Monitor the hiring plotter and plan batch delivery accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the software, IT, CCMS, and HRRS teams to seek help and resolve any roadblocks during the onboarding process.
  • Work with the Background Verification Team to raise pre-BGV requests as per MSR.
  • Prepare various reports based on business requirements.
  • Collect documents and assist candidates with the onboarding process for WAHA hiring.
  • Ensure HRMS compliance and deliver 100% compliance on Ecode+Eonboarding, Vendor Module, Self Registration, and Onboarding.
  • Responsible for fulfilling data requirement requests received from different accounts for various purposes.
  • Adhere to established TP processes and hiring guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and instructed by the Manager.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to analyze reports with sharp analytical skills.
