Designation/ Role:

Customer Support Executive- Voice Process.

Languages to Know : Malayalam OR Telugu speaking with Moderate communication in English

Experience Required : Fresher or Experienced

Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass

Work Mode : Work from Office

Working Hours : 9 hours work including one hour break, 6 days of work and one
rotational week off. 24/7 process- mostly day shift.

Nature of work : Blended call, resolving the queries and concerns of customers,
explaining the product / services features to customers,
reminder and welcome calling etc.
