Hiring For Gurugram Location!!
Position- Customer Support Executive ( Chat Process + upselling)
- Work From Office
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- 5 days Working and 2 week offs ( both rotational)
Requirements:
- Good English Communication Skills
- UG/ Graduate can apply
- Freshers can also apply
- Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts ( mostly Night Shifts)
Responsibilities:- Handling Customer Inquiries Through chat and upsell the product.- Provide assistance and support to the customers with their queries.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery.- Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by the company.
- Salary- 27k CTC + 2k PLI ( after successful completion of training)
- Full time Permanent Job
