Teleglobal International - Senior/Lead Generative AI Engineer (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Gen AI Cloud Engineer/ Architect to join our Deep-Geek GenAI Innovation Consulting unit.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of overall experience, with a strong background in generative AI technologies, enterprise solutions, and deep technical knowledge accumulation.

This role is critical for driving the development, implementation, and scaling of advanced AI solutions that address specific industry challenges and deliver tangible results for our clients.

Design and implement advanced solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions across various industry verticals.

- Design and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across various industry verticals, demonstrating the potential of Generative AI applications.

- Collaborate with domain experts, sales, and delivery teams to identify and address specific client challenges and integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.)

- Fine-tune and optimize GPT models and other large language models (LLMs) for tailored enterprise solutions.

- Develop cognitive quality solutions and leverage generative AI for advanced analytics and automation.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

- Establish and review key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the initiation and completion of high-impact POCs.

- Build and integrate AI models into scalable applications, using serverless architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

- Responsible for the development and implementation of Generative AI and LLM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Ability to build, manage, and optimize data pipelines for feeding large-scale data into AI models.

- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.

- Knowledge of version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps tools.

- Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate generative models into applications.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of overall experience in technology, with at least 3-5 years in AI and machine learning, focusing on generative AI.

- Extensive experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models.

- Proven track record in working with major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

- Experience in using LLM models on cloud i. OpenAI @ Azure/Aws Bedrock/ GCP Vertex AI.

- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

- Expertise in GPT Model Fine-Tuning, Cognitive Quality Solutions, Gen AI for Analytics, Gen AI-Based Automation, and LLM Operations.

- Experience integrating multi-agent systems for data aggregation in agentic workflows.

- Understanding large language models, how to deploy them on cloud/ on-premise and use APIs to build Industry solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, domain experts, and internal teams.

- Strong understanding of metrics and evaluation techniques for generative models.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
