Position: Key Account Manager
Location- Mumbai (WFO) - BKC
Experience: 4+ Yrs
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days will be preferred.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Manager in Pune.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills.
- Sales and Sales Operations expertise.
- Business Development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services industry like Cloud, CyberSecurity, Devops etc.
- Bachelor's / PG degree in Business Administration or related field.
Must have skills:
- Existing account portfolio.
- Leadership connect @CIO, CTO, CFO etc.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Identify and secure new business; craft proposals and RFP's.
- Cross sell and Upsell.
- Understand IT services and communicate tech details.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals.
- Communicate clearly and deliver strong presentations.
- Utilize IT tools and stay updated on trends.
