Technical Proposal Writer

Job Description: As a Technical Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sales proposals and marketing content based on information provided by our engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Write, edit, and format sales proposals, marketing materials, and other technical documents.
• Ensure all documents adhere to company standards and client requirements.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Word skills, including document style templates and advanced formatting, to produce professional and visually appealing documents.
• Review and edit RFP responses created by SMEs and stakeholders from various internal teams.
• Verify that responses address key customer requirements and win themes.
• Write or review additional proposal response documents and attachments including cover letters and executive summaries.
• Incorporate feedback from proposal review sessions.
• Assist with proposal knowledge management and retention of content for future use including maintain of previous proposal repositories.
• Continuously improve proposal processes and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Technical Proposal Writer or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting and desktop publishing skills.
• Ability to understand and translate technical information into clear, concise, and compelling content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
