Job Descripon:

Looking for an experienced IT Integraon Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT integraons, including experience with xMaer and ServiceNow, as well as other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilies:

• Administer and develop IT soluons to meet business requirements.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT integraons (xMaer experience is a plus).
• Work on ServiceNow workows, event management, IT Operaons Management (ITOM), Automated Test Framework (ATF), and API integraons.
• Execute end-to-end integraons with ServiceNow using raw load, API, and webhooks, including the creaon of events, alerts, and subows.
• Collaborate with cross-funconal teams to design and implement eecve workows and event management processes.
• Utilize observability tools to monitor system performance and reliability.
• Maintain a solid understanding of infrastructure knowledge to support system management and troubleshoong.
• Support and troubleshoot monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dotcom, and SCOM as needed.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow workows, event management, ITOM, ATF, and API integraons.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end integraon processes with ServiceNow, including event/alert/subow creaon.
• Good understanding of infrastructure concepts and best pracces.
• Experience with observability tools (any) is required.
• Familiarity with any of the monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dotcom, and SCOM is advantageous.
