Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the policy sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide guidance and training to the team to improve sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in policy sales or anu sales.
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
