Your Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead the sales team to implement strategies from the approved marketing plan.
- Recruit, select, train, motivate, and assess the sales team to meet set objectives.
- Foster and maintain positive, healthy relationships with clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with trade partners to secure their support and loyalty.
- Develop targeted markets and manage a high-performing team.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Strong ability to plan and execute medium and long-term strategies based on a thorough analysis of the current market.
- Capable of interpreting Sales & Marketing KPIs effectively.
- Demonstrates personal and professional understanding of product.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree.
