Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Team Leader to lead and expand the Agency Channel in your region. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of financial advisors, driving sales, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and onboard financial advisors to build a high-performing team.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure advisors are equipped to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop actionable plans and strategies to achieve sales goals within the region.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve individual and team results.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, leveraging agents to close high-value sales.
- Use effective motivational techniques to ensure team productivity and morale remain high.
- Track and report on team performance, ensuring goals are met and business objectives are aligned with the company's vision.
- Take the lead in day-to-day operations, make critical business decisions, and guide the team toward achieving targets.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing in any field.
- 3+ years experience in native or residential.
- Strong ability to manage, inspire, and motivate teams to reach their full potential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust with clients and agents.
