Job Description :

- Prepared for Field Sales and Marketing Building relationships with advisors or managers through insurance policies Maximum Field Work and Hiring New Advisors

- Establish Business Objectives With Advisors.

- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

- Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Job Specifications:

- Graduate (10+2+3)/Post graduate or equivalent

- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Age : Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years

- Location: Candidate must be a locality
