Job Description:

A Relationship Manager helps sell insurance through banks, working with both the bank and insurance companies to boost sales and improve customer service.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Sell insurance through bank branches.

- Plan and manage how to sell insurance with the bank.

- Work with bank and insurance teams to hit sales goals.

- Teach bank staff about insurance products.

- Build good relationships with the bank and insurance companies.

- Promote insurance to customers.

- Track sales results and see what's working.

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduation is mandatory.

- 2+ years' experience in banking and insurance sales.

- 3+ years in native or residential.

- Excellent knowledge of banking and insurance.
