Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Banca Channel Manager to lead the growth of insurance sales through strategic partnerships with banks. This role will focus on building strong relationships with banking partners, empowering their staff, and driving the promotion of insurance products within their networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and uphold robust relationships with financial institutions to boost insurance sales.
- Provide training and assistance to bank personnel so that they can competently promote and sell insurance products.
- Establish unambiguous sales targets for the banca channel and track performance to guarantee conformity with corporate objectives.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and measures aimed at enhancing the product's visibility in the banking network.
- Make sure that company policies and industry regulations are followed at all times.
- Compile and present regular performance reports to senior management that include actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or bancassurance.
- Comprehensive understanding of both the banking and insurance industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
