Job Description:

- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in CASA and other relevant products.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in the BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, and Insurance sectors.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials that resonate with the target audience.

- Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
