Job Title: Area Sales Officer
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are led by a sales manager who assists them in creating a strong sales funnel and generating leads. By offering direction, keeping an eye on output, and creating winning plans, they make sure the group meets its objectives.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 - 38 years
Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
- Assist the group in expanding the sales funnel and acquiring new clients.
- Encourage teamwork and maintain the group's focus on achieving objectives.
- Improve sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output and performance.
Skills:
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to effectively lead and inspire a sales force.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales.
- Establish and preserve ties with stakeholders and clients.
