Manager of Front Line Sales (FLSM)
Function: Directly in charge of using a network of agents to market insurance products to clients.
Principal Duties:
- Assemble, instruct, and oversee a group of agents.
Encourage and motivate agents to meet their sales goals.
- Hold frequent sales meetings and give agents guidance and assistance.
- Find and cultivate fresh business prospects.
- Verify if representatives are offering top-notch customer support.
- A bachelor's degree in management, business, or a similar discipline.
- One to two years of sales experience, at least two of those years spent in a managerial capacity
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving, negotiating, and communication skills.
- The capacity to handle several priorities and work under pressure.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indian insurance products and sales strategies.
