Roles and Responsibilities :

- Actively seek out and bring on new customers to grow our clientele.

- To comprehend customer needs, perform comprehensive financial needs assessments.

- Market and sell various financial goods, such as mutual funds, stocks, shares, bonds, and Demat accounts.

- Create and preserve enduring bonds with customers by offering first-rate assistance and service.

- Provide customers with updates on investment opportunities and market developments.

- Meet and surpass performance metrics and sales goals.

- Work together with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a similar discipline.

- At least one year of experience in securities, broking, or banking.

- A track record of exceeding sales goals.

- Solid understanding of financial instruments, such as mutual funds, shares, bonds, equities, and Demat accounts.
