Key Responsibilities :

- Reach branch goals by launching monthly initiatives and motivating

- Finding and hiring possible advisors or consultants for insurance

- Mentoring and training advisers to be more productive

- Creating and putting into practice sales strategy to reach and surpass quarterly and monthly sales targets.

- Locating agents and providing continuing education in insurance policy sales.

- Engaging in networking events helps draw in and keep customers.

- Supporting marketing and advertising campaigns.

- Reporting daily operations to the reporting head and tracking and evaluating sales data.

- In India and abroad, planning and participating in networking events.

Requirements :

- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years

- Two-Wheeler Required

- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience

- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years

- Good stability.

- Must be local candidate
