Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

Lead and manage the agency channel to boost sales and expand your market awareness. Employ, train, and motivate insurance agents while upholding compliance and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement a sales strategy to meet growth objectives.

Requirements:

- An undergraduate degree

- 1+ of sales experience, with at least three of those years spent managing insurance.

- Outstanding leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- It must be local.
