Job Description:
The Bancassurance Manager drives insurance sales through banking partnerships, builds relationships with bank staff, provides training and support, and ensures sales targets for insurance products are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of life and general insurance products to the bank's customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities by analyzing the bank's customer database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
- Train bank employees on insurance products, processes, and sales techniques.
- Provide support and guidance to customers on selecting suitable insurance products.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and claims-related issues promptly.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.
