Job Overview :

We're looking for dynamic, results-driven Relationship Managers to join our field sales team. You will engage with customers directly, understand their insurance needs, and help them choose from a range of policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Engagement: Conduct field visits, understand insurance needs, and recommend the best policies.

- Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle.

- Reporting: Regular updates on sales activities and client data in CRM.

- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.

- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
