Manager - Insurance Sales (2-5 yrs)

- We are seeking an Insurance Sales Manager who will be in charge of leading the sales force and managing policy sales.

- An insurance sales manager's duties include establishing and overseeing sales targets, assisting in the team's professional growth, and offering customer service.

- Among your responsibilities are to find, hire, and train new agents, making sure they have the abilities and information needed to be successful.

- Motivate, coach, and train agents to meet their sales goals.

- Work with agencies to establish agreements and prices that will benefit both parties.

- Staying current with advancements in the sector.

- Use efficient lead qualification and prospecting techniques to set and meet aggressive sales goals.

Conditions:

- Strong policy knowledge; two to six years of expertise in sales and marketing in the corporate, B2B, pharmaceutical, telecom, and real estate industries, among others

- Leadership and team management skills

- Graduation
