Job Description
We are a leading insurance company in India, known for our innovative solutions and excellent customer support. We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Manager to help grow our Agency Channel.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train new insurance agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals.
- Provide field support and assistance to agents.
- Conduct market research to find new business opportunities.
- Ensure agents follow legal and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or business.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
Age: 21 to 38 years.
Local candidates preferred.
