Manager of Direct Sales

One of India's leading insurance companies, known for its innovative solutions and excellent customer service. As we increase our Agency Channel, we are seeking motivated Sales Executives to propel growth and foster strong relationships with insurance agents.

Duties

Identify, recruit, and train new insurance agents.

- Provide agents with ongoing training and assistance.

- Create and implement programs to accomplish sales targets.

- Assist agents with sales tactics and field visits.

- Carry out market study and locate fresh prospects.

- Verify compliance with legal and corporate policies.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a similar discipline.

- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.

- Age range: 21 to 38

- Experience: A minimum of one
