Compensation: - 3.30 LPA to - 3.80 LPA + Performance-linked Incentives

Job Description :

- Lead and manage a team of direct sales representatives.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Track sales progress, forecast results, and provide regular updates.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales or a related field.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
