Manager - Business Development - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement, and innovative marketing strategies within the agency channel.

Responsibilities :

- Create and execute plans to boost business.

- Find and build relationships with agency partners.

- Research the market for new opportunities.

- Work with marketing and product teams.

- Train agency partners to improve their sales.

- Track and report on performance results.

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree is preferable.

- 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales.

- Must be local.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
