We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Electronics and Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, automotive electronics, and cybersecurity, with a passion for developing secure and innovative solutions for the automotive industry.
Job Title : Cybersecurity Engineer
Experience : 6-8 Years
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and test embedded systems for automotive applications.
- Work on ECUs, sensors, controllers, and other electronic modules.
- Perform system-level integration and validation for hardware and software components.
- Develop and implement security solutions for automotive systems following industry standards like ISO 21434 and UNECE WP.29.
- Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments (TARA).
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT) on embedded systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity measures.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
- Ensure compliance with automotive safety and cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ISO 21434).
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for processes, designs, and testing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in automotive electronics and cybersecurity.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives for developing cutting-edge automotive technologies.
Key Skills :
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, AUTOSAR, CAN, LIN, and FlexRay protocols.
- Knowledge of hardware design, PCB layout, and circuit debugging.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms, key management, and secure boot processes.
- Experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability management tools.
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 21434, SAE J3061, and UNECE R155/R156.
- Experience with tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, VectorCAST, Jenkins, JIRA, and Wireshark.
- Knowledge of static/dynamic code analysis tools and fuzz testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
