Manager - Marketing - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team

- Manage and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results

- Collaborate with creative and design teams to create compelling marketing materials

- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with marketing regulations

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience in direct marketing or a similar B2C environment

- Proven track record of success in lead generation and campaign management
