Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Job Title : Insurance Sales Executive

Responsibilities :

- Meet and exceed sales targets using leads provided by the company.

- Conduct visits to potential clients within designated areas to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

- Maintain daily communication with clients to build and sustain strong relationships.

- Provide comprehensive support to clients before and after the sale.

- Ensure the quality of business transactions and aim for high client retention rates.

Candidate Profile :

- Education : A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- Experience : At least 1 year in sales or marketing, specifically in the BFSI sector and Life Insurance.

- Age Requirement : Candidates should be between 22 to 38 years old.

- Residency : Must have lived locally for at least 3 to 5 years.
