Outside Sales Role - Insurance (2-2 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in life insurance, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals.

- Generate and qualify leads to sell life insurance policies to individual and corporate clients.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial needs assessments.

- Educate potential customers on life insurance products, benefits, and policies.

- Customize insurance plans based on customer requirements and close sales effectively.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for policy renewals and referrals.

- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and provide after-sales service.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with experience in life insurance sales preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

- Willingness to travel within Bangalore to meet clients.

- Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial planning.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
