Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and recruit potential Financial Advisors through personal networks and references.

- Organize training sessions for advisors covering product knowledge, IRDA regulations, sales techniques, and soft skills.

- Coordinate and schedule the IRDA Exam for prospective advisors and assist in generating their Advisor Code.

- Set performance targets for advisors, monitor their progress, and provide consistent motivation to maximize business results.
