Job Description

A Corporate Development Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities for the growth and expansion of a company. This role often focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, investments, and other business ventures that support the long-term objectives of the organization.


- Corporate Development Managers work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, manage high-level negotiations, and help implement key strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term corporate strategies, including identifying areas for growth, investment, and potential acquisitions or partnerships.


- Leading or supporting the identification and execution of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or partnerships that align with the company's goals.


- This includes conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that could bring value to the company in terms of revenue growth, market expansion, or product development.

- Conducting research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for business expansion or innovation.

- Analyzing the financial performance of potential business opportunities, including forecasting, building financial models, and assessing the risks and returns associated with different initiatives.

- Leading or assisting in negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment deals to ensure favorable terms for the company.

- Identifying potential risks related to strategic initiatives, including financial, regulatory, or operational risks, and taking steps to mitigate them.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
