Associate - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Sales Associate need to greet customers, help them find what they need and upsell new products. Goal will be to grow the customer base by identifying new prospects and converting leads into long-term clients.

ROLES

- Qualify leads and assess client needs to recommend the appropriate insurance products.

- Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs, explain different policy options, and provide recommendations.

- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.

- Address client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Process policy applications, renewals, and changes in a timely manner.

SKILLS

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
