Job Title : Sales associate

Location : Surat

Responsibilities :

- Business Development : Actively engage in prospecting new clients to open Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through direct sales, networking, and fieldwork.

- Client Relationship Management : Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.

- Sales Pitch : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the bank's products, promoting CASA offerings, and effectively communicating product benefits to prospective customers.

- Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed assigned CASA sales targets on a monthly basis.

Eligibility Criteria :

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI or similar fields.

- Minimum educational qualification : Graduate in any discipline.

- Age : 21 to 27 years.

- Must own a two-wheeler for local field sales.

- Candidates from the local region are highly preferred.
