US Recruiter / VMS Recruiter

We are looking for a minimum 2+ years of experience in US Staffing MUST HAVE experience in work with leading MSP programs like PRO Unlimited, Agile-1, WorkforceLogiq etc.

• Good experience in VMS Model and VMS applications.
• Working closely with MSP Coordinators and build rapport.
• Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring.
• Expert in active searches US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, etc.), passive searches, pro-active recruitment and building pipeline for frequent job requests.
• Thorough in qualifying candidates based on requirement and gather details for VMS client submittal.
• Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects the candidate's experience and requirement.
• Pay negotiation with the candidate and sub-contracting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Highly motivated and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in USA PST Time Zone
