Job Description :

- We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant to manage internal tickets related to user provisioning, data imports, CRM configuration, and integration management.

- This role will also involve designing and implementing improvements to Sales and Service processes in response to new change requests.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP C4C functionality and the ability to drive enhancements for improved business processes.

- User Provisioning & Access Management : Hands-on experience with managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within SAP C4C.

- Data Imports & Management : Proficiency in importing, exporting, and managing data in SAP C4C, including handling large datasets.

- CRM Configuration : Experience in configuring SAP C4C CRM settings to meet business requirements, including sales and service modules.

- Integration Management : Expertise in integrating SAP C4C with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

- Business Process Improvement : Proven track record of designing and implementing enhancements to improve sales and service processes, responding effectively to change requests.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the SAP C4C system.

- Ensure appropriate access levels are granted to all users.

- Implement and maintain robust security measures.

- Import, export, and manage data within SAP C4C, including handling large datasets.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Develop and maintain data migration strategies.

- Configure SAP C4C CRM settings to meet specific business requirements.

- Customize sales and service modules to optimize business processes.

- Implement and maintain custom fields and views. Integrate SAP C4C with other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Analyze current sales and service processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Design and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Respond to change requests and implement necessary system modifications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as an SAP C4C Consultant with a strong understanding of its core functionalities.

- Hands-on experience with user provisioning, data management, and CRM configuration.

- Expertise in integrating SAP C4C with other systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
