SAP Consultant - MM/FI/AP Modules (1-2 yrs)

Job Description : SAP MM/FI AP (Offshore).

Job Title : SAP MM/FI AP

Location : Remote India

Duration : 8 months.

- Minimum of 10 years IT experience - in End-user industry or IT consulting or Systems Integrators or with IT Product.

- Minimum of 7 years configuration experience in SAP S/4 HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, Materials Management.

- Must have worked in configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4 HANA with Fiori.

- Participated in multiple full cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on analytics led business transformation.

- SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next generation business transformation implementation.

- High Learning Agility with outcome-oriented and a transformative mindset bringing forward best in class data, process, and technical designs for purpose.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive.

- Experience in creating/ reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements.

- Ability to create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage projects and teams including working with vendor partners.

- Experience to work in a global setup with peers, leaders & teams across geographies and ability to work in a cross-cultural context.

- Formal training & certification in SAP Functional modules is preferred.

- Coupa Experience is a plus.

- SAP VIM experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management modules, with a strong focus on Fiori integration.

- Ensure the successful integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules, particularly FI (Accounts Payable).

- Participate actively in all phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, go-live support, and post-implementation support.

- Contribute to the definition and execution of SAP S/4 HANA implementation strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

- Leverage your experience in analytics-led business transformation to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and review functional specifications for custom enhancements and integrations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other systems and applications.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in SAP S/4 HANA technologies and best practices.

- Manage projects and teams effectively, including working with vendor partners.
