ERP System Management

• Manage and administer the company's ERP system, ensuring its efficient and effective utilization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and understand business process requirements.
• Configure, customize and maintain the ERP system to align with business needs.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure proper system usage.

IT Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with top management to define IT budgets and manage IT resources effectively.
• Provide recommendations for improving IT infrastructure, systems and processes.

Data Management and Security

• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of company data.
• Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor and manage data storage, ensuring scalability and efficient utilization.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.

Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate and select external vendors for IT hardware, software and services.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades.
