Graphics Designer (Real Estate)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content that enhances our brand, markets our properties, and engages our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Branding:
   
• Create visually compelling designs for property brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations.
• Maintain consistency with the brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Design logos, banners, and branding elements for new projects or campaigns.
2. Digital Marketing Assets:
   
• Develop graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design email marketing templates and web banners.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging content for online campaigns.
3. Property Listings and Marketing Collaterals:
   
• Design property listing templates and floor plans.
• Develop interactive materials such as virtual tours, interactive maps, and visual presentations for client pitches.
4. Event and Outdoor Advertising:
   
• Create designs for billboards, hoardings, and signboards for real estate projects.
• Design event-related materials, including backdrops, invitations, and promotional items.
5. Photography and Image Editing:
   
• Enhance property photos with advanced editing techniques.
• Work with professional photographers or manage photo shoots when required.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
   
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
