Job Description
- Design and create visually engaging graphics for various marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to:
- Digital advertisements
- Social media content
- Website/Application graphics
- Email campaigns
- Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative design ideas that align with the Zorrro brand identity and guidelines.
- Create and modify visual assets such as logos, icons, illustrations, and infographics to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs, maintaining brand standards and visual integrity across different platforms and media.
- Stay updated on current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and deliver finalized designs within specified deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in design work.
- Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret design briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
