MSCRM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Only applicable for Microsoft dynamics CRM experience candidates.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

5+ Years of relevant experience is must

WFO/ On site

• Candidate must have expertise on MSCRM end 3 end implementation, Project Operation and Service management
• Must implement, integrate and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM on premises and on cloud for MSCRM D365, 2013, 2015, 2017
• FRD integration and implementation
• Should be able to articulate and analyse Business Requirement of prospect/customer
• Should be able to map and configure with the CRM
• Work independently and as part of a team to support multiple simultaneous client projects efficiently and effectively
• Provide guidance to clients on CRM best practices and how it relates to other business applications such as ERP
• Provide internal guidance and leadership to fellow team members.
• Interested in Presales & giving demos to clients.
• Must have excellent documentation skills and business communication skills.
• Must have done functional certifications.
• Travel is required as per the client requirements.
