Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and connect with Architects, Contractors, and Builders to promote and implement CUBE software.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations to showcase software benefits and address client concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Travel extensively within assigned regions to meet potential clients and drive sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings based on client feedback.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to optimize strategy.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in field sales (preferably in AEC software, construction tech, or SaaS).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate their benefits to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive travel.
• Basic knowledge of construction workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
