Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  
• Identify key accounts and develop strategies for growth within these accounts.
  
• Manage existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling/cross-selling potential.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, client relationship management, and sales lead conversion.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of basic computer skills, internet usage, and familiarity with CRM software.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
