Roles and Responsibility :

- Your Major Job Responsibilities as an Odoo and Flectra Developer would be:

- Develop and customize Odoo modules according to client requirements, including but not limited to CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, and HR modules.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and implement customizations, workflows, and reports within the Odoo framework to meet business needs.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications using APIs and web services.

- Optimize Odoo performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency.

- Stay up to date with Odoo updates, new features, and community modules, and evaluate their relevance to our projects.

- Document technical specifications, installation instructions, and user guides for Odoo solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain existing Odoo implementations and provide technical assistance as needed.

- Good knowledge of Docker image creation and day to day usage of Docker during development and testing

- Should have technical and Functional of Odoo standard module like Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Inventory market, Accounting, Website, E-commerce, HR, Payroll, POS, Etc.

- Proven track record working experience with development of Odoo

- Ability to work on fix timelines and ensure good programming practice.

- Complete understanding of ODOO basic flow.

- Knowledge of data models available in ODOO core.

- Proven expertise in developing custom modules in ODOO.

- ODOO Techno functional knowledge.

- Knowledge in developing the latest versions of ODOO.

- Knowledge in migrating from earlier ODOO version to new version.

- Core knowledge about the current features available in ODOO Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounts, Projects, Timesheet, HR, etc.

- Basic knowledge in Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Inventory, CRM, POS, etc.

- Knowledge in handling ODOO front end (XML and JavaScript) and back end (PostgreSQL) View customizations work on Widgets, Wizards, Java Script, view XML, etc.

- Q-Web reports creation.

- Data import using ODOO import as well as custom import using Python.

- As a member of a highly efficient team, the ideal candidate should be able to self-manage, taking a task either individually or as part of the team and see it through to completion.
