She should be an experienced HR Professional having ample years of experience driving 360 degree HR activities including recruitment, induction and other formalities ,Statutory managment Performance management ,KPI management , good HR governance , Attrition Management, Exit management and all other activities and goals coming Under HR business partner Position , Reporting to the Managing Director .
