Job Description
- Develop and implement PMO strategy and vision.
- Establish and maintain project governance framework.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Oversee project monitoring and control.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple PODs based on experience, capacity, domain understanding, and project management expertise.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Provide necessary training to team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement. Address and resolve functional queries raised by Technical Architects (TAs).
- Collaborate with QA and other PMO leads to establish a robust feedback loop.
- Ensure that production issues and business UAT issues are properly tested in future releases and are incorporated into the testing process.
- Strong understanding of API integration with internal systems & third-party integrated systems like CDSL, NSDL.
- Strong background of Database like Cosmos.
